VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” Part 30

But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets: And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offense toward God, and toward men. (Acts 24:14-16)

Many Veterans have suffered by the hands of persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), some have died and gone home to glory to be with the Lord Jesus Christ. “Yet there is no accountability for the deprivation of Veterans due process rights by persons employed by (VA).”

Therefore Veterans and Whistleblowers can’t understand why the (VA) has never been held accountable long ago by Lawmakers for the many Veterans they have caused to suffer and even die due to criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed in the agency.

All Veterans and Whistleblowers write to congressional and senate representatives requesting that they get on board in getting this piece of legislation passed. It is true that the American Federation of Government Employees are against the passing of the legislation, saying it would strip employees of their due process rights. Well the question for the union is this, what have corrupt persons employed by (VA) been doing to Veterans? Lawmakers Try Again To Accelerate Discipline of VA Employees, March 3, 2017 and Veterans First Act, Last Sponsered, November 16, 2016.

Not on do they make an issue about employees not having due process rights but also after they go through the processes, employees could file another appeal with the Merit System Protection Board and then seek judicial review with the U.S. Federal Circuit.

Understand Veterans have also been deprived of JUDICIAL REVIEW in the U.S. District Court. So why should persons employed by (VA) be allowed due process and judicial review?

See we all must give an account to God, who ordained the existence of government, “So then every one of us shall give an account of himself to God (Romans 14:12). It is my prayer that Congress passes this legislation, “VA Accountability First Act of 2017, sponsored by Chairman Phil Roe and Senator Marco Rubio.” And add complete prosecutorial authority over the entire U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which will provide arrest, prosecution and indictments of all persons caught committing criminal against Veterans and Whistleblowers.

So Veterans and their families can live productive lives in the country many PATRIOTS have died protecting. Instead of experiencing the criminal abusive practices of corrupt persons and watch the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) continuously run interference to protect corrupt persons employed by the U.S. Government, such as Diana Rubens, Kimberly Graves, Cassandra Holiday, Jeanette Butler, which is an injustice to all of our Veterans and Whistleblowers and their families. The governmental process of both the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), for decades has nothing but tip the scales of justice in favor of the corrupt persons employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs and all other government agencies. Both of these processes are continuously protecting poor performing federal employees. What the processes of the (MSPB) and (EEOC) has accomplished is an all out assault on our nations PATRIOTS. Facebook Post on Durham VA Treatment of Patients Causes Uproar, February 28, 2017

Corrupt persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and all other government agencies have gotten away with crimes such as, medical murders, tampering with federal documents and databases. While Veterans and others commit crimes against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other government agencies, they go to prison. Las Cruces Woman Pleads Guilty to Stealing From and Defrauding Department of Veterans Affairs, February 15, 2017Jury Finds Army Veteran Guilty of Theft of Nearly $300,000 And Making A False Statement, January 12, 2017Jury Finds Army Veteran Guilty of Theft of Nearly $300,000 And Making A False Statement, January 12, 2017Madison Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Defraud the VA, November 18, 2016

President Donald J. Trump, I say again you are completely right, when you say the government system is RIGGED, it is because it works this way, THE WHO DO YOU KNOW GOVERNMENT SYSTEM. Where Veterans suffer deprivation of their due process rights, don’t get JUDICIAL REVIEW and American legal protections by federal law enforcement agencies because some of us don’t know important people.

Americans lets get proactive in our pursuit of justice by peacefully informing our nations political representatives on the Hill in Washington D.C., we want our nations Veterans and Whistleblowers to receive JUDICIAL REVIEW and LEGAL PROTECTIONS FROM OUR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.

And also that the process of both the (MSPB) and (EEOC) be amended to not intervene in situations where federal employees are caught committing criminal acts but rather to turn toward integrity and the implementation of justice for ALL…….

It is ashamed when federal agencies become more important than public safety.

    Hello Chauncery,

It is all coming to a head now.

Folks know that the FEDS are into them and it is just a matter of time.

I cannot believe that the Veterans Administration actually said they didn’t start keeping records for Survivors Benefits Checks until 2003. Just how many billions have been re-routed, checks cashed while the beneficiary has been deceased. This article is a prime example of the corruption that has been going on costing the taxpayers.

    Excellent blog as always.

    President Trump,

Welcome to not only the Presidency but to also being the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces. I have heard you speak about making our Military strong again. That is good. On the other side of it, there is a part of the Military which is being shoved to the side.We are the Veterans of Fort McClellan. Also known as the Toxic Vets of Fort McClellan due to the possible toxic exposure every person received while either being stationed there or just going through training.

The Veterans Affairs has put it as possible exposure but probably not at high enough levels to cause any problems. Things do not add up to that statement when the town of Anniston, Alabama won a $700 Million lawsuit against Monsanto for PCB Contamination. Anniston, Alabama is where Fort McClellan’s water supply came from. On top of that, the Fort was declared an E.P.A. Superfund Site. As you can plainly see, what the VA states does not add up when compared to real world actions.

The list of possible exposures so far includes Tce’s, DDT, agent orange, cobalt, pcb’s Mustard gas, nerve gas, bacterial agents, benzene, mercury, lead, depleted uranium, nuclear waste (radiation) cesium 137, cobalt 60, SR 90, lead, asbestos and arsenic. This is very serious for those of us who volunteered to serve our nation to only be denied by the VA for exposure.

Under President Obama’s watch, Elizabeth King, a President Obama appointee, said in 2013 “The cost of attempting to identify all these individuals, including the cost of media advertising, would be a significant burden on the Army’s budget and at a time when the Army is furloughing personnel due to a shortage of funds.” Our lives and quality of life was put to the side.

HR2622 has been stalled for many years in a subcommittee in Washington. Many Veterans are suffering. Many Veterans have died painfully. This is not limited to just the U.S. Army as cross branch training occurred at Fort McClellan. We need help in removing this atmosphere of “Deny ’till they die.” My granddaughter developed Autism because of my exposure to all the toxic chemicals.

May the Presidency find you well,
