After 24 years struggling against the evil of corruption, which granted partial benefits on several occasions, I began to understand where the origin of corruption resides within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). It originates once a Veteran files his original claim for service connected benefits at his local Regional Office (RO).

Once the Veterans claim is filed at the (RO), it falls up under the jurisdiction of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), which the (VBA) schedules the Veteran for a service connected physical examination with a hospital within the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA).

America there is a game being played right before our eyes, while Veterans have been and still is dying at an alarming rate, on many past and now present Presidential watches. Veteran Paul Shuping, a 63 year old Navy Veteran, made the ultimate sacrifice for me and his fellow Veterans across our nation: “Veterans find themselves disabled and lose whatever they have for care and end up fighting the government for years to get their benefits,” Donald Shuping said. “(I believe he wanted) to bring the light to the situation that so many Veterans are in to get their rightful benefits.” “Wow how I wish I could have been their to tell him we don’t have to do it that way.”

I also want to thank Veteran Stephen McMenamin and his wife Hanna for their courageous act in taking the pictures at the same Durham VA hospital.

I woke up this morning and sat to watch CNN News for a few minute and all it was about what President Trump should do about his accusation against former President Obama wiring his cell and then a fellow Veteran Steve Sutton from Durham North Carolina called me this morning and asked if heard a Veteran committing suicide in the Durham VA hospital, I said not yet. Mr. Sutton I finally located the story above and all of a sudden, what potentially appeared to be an awesome day, turned out to be very painful due to a blow to my heart about Mr. Paul Shuping’s suicide.

And then the circumstances behind the medical death of Jason and Jennifer Powell, who lost Jason due to a MEDICAL ERROR at the Asheville VA Medical Center in September 2012.

U.S. Rep. Phil Roe, Chairman and U.S. Rep. Mike Coffman and other Republican colleagues on the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, have introduced HR 1259, the Veteran’s Affairs Accountability First Act of 2017. The bill would provide the secretary of veterans affairs increased discrepancy to remove employees, including senior executives service employees, due to performance or misconduct. Now understand this is a solid approach to “solving part of the problems inside (VA),” which the main problem concerning persons employed in the (VA), is criminal misconduct. One process in place to protect Veterans, is Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General an investigative arm under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department Of Justice, in place to deal with criminal misconduct or criminal wrong doing. But all they have been doing is auditing and not investigations. Audits may locate the criminal element but it has yet to hand a case over to the U.S. Department of Justice for indictments, arrests and prosecution of persons employed by the (VA) or any Inspectors General, All Bark, No Bite, March 5, 2017.

Order must implemented THROUGHOUT the entire SYSTEM, especially at the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), where corrupt attorneys are committing criminal acts, as if they’re eating candy. Strictly because they’ve not been accountable to criminal laws, 18 U.S.C. President Donald Trump and Secretary David Shulkin Veterans continue to hear promises made to us that our government makes, saying we the government must care for those that bore the scars. Secretary Shulkin your area of expertise is health care but not benefits compensation claims. Paul Shuping committed suicide as a sacrifice to get the attention of Veterans, Veterans Affairs and our nations political leaders from the Oval Office on to the Capital.

Therefore I feel as a Veteran, one speaking for my PATRIOT BROTHERS AND SISTERS. CAN WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION ABOUT THE COMPENSATION AND PENSION BACKLOG DUE CRIMINAL ELEMENT COMMITTED AGAINST VETERANS AND ESPECIALLY OUR ELDER PATRIOTS, who should be allowed to smell their flowers before they die and go home to glory.

Take sometime and think about how does Jesus Christ feel about the mistreatment of His PATRIOTS, maybe we should designate an hour per week to gather together in front of our nations Capital to remember our NATIONS PATRIOTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE NO LONGER WITH US.
