Vote For US Veterans

I have come to the conclusion that the only way U.S. Veterans are going to see change within the entire U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (COVA) is when the people of America to become wise voters. For to long we’ve watched the criminal activity be ignored by some of our legistlators on the Hill in Washington DC. For whatever their reasons are God knows.

We as U.S. Veterans have seen our due process rights of the U.S. Constitution be procedurally violated at the admisitrative level of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). And when we appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (COVA), we experience the COVA court turning a blind eye and becoming willfully ignorant to these violations. The COVA court ignores such actions, which allows the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Offices (VARO) and the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) to consistently violate the Administrative Procedure Act 1974 by not following VA Laws of (38 U.S.C. and 38 C.F.R.). It is these type of actions by the entire U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication process that have caused many veterans benefits claims to linger in a administrative spider web, which is causing veterans not to see their claims exhaust their administrative remedies. Which would bring a final resolution to our veterans benefits claim.

Therefore we appeal to the citizens of America that when they vote in the next election of a President, Congress person or person for Senate that we find out whether those running for political office are concerned about our nations veterans. Strictly because ever since July 29, 1992, when I filed my original claim with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), I became deeply conerned when I learned that some of our legistlators on the Hill in Washington DC were not concerned about the dysfunctional practices/dysfunctional administrative patterns of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (COVA). Therefore we must become more concerned about the lack of concern by the present legistlators on the Hill in Washington DC, and begin to ask questions why they’re not holding neither the of agency (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) or the court (U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims) accountable for their dysfunction. America there is a veteran committing suicide every (80) minutes, I ask the question, who is accountable for this?

People we must vote with the wisdom of the Almighty God if we’re going to turn this nation around. We can no longer expect the present legislative state (attitude) on the Hill in Washington DC to get the job done. It is all of our responsibilty to make a difference by investigating every candidate running for political office to make sure we know what type of individuals we’re putting in office. We must take a stand through prayer and the wisdom of God on how we can better help the men and women who sacrificed their lives serving America. These men and women (veterans) at least deserve to be recognized by the political candidates during their run for office because they are of importance. Especially with the present condition of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) being so terrible. For supporting evidence to why voters need to be interested in the condition of the (VA) you can go to the top post on this website called (VA SPOLLIATION) and see documented evidence of abusive treatment by our U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. SO VOTE FOR U.S. VETERANS.
