It’s approaching my 25th year of fighting against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/U.S. Department of Corruption. Which I’ve suffered the experience of being on the end of corruption by persons employed by Veterans Affairs. Therefore learning the history of this particular federal agency. Having experienced the corruption mess, I began to learn the reasons and lack of concerned by those in positions to make things better for our nations Veterans. It begins on the Hill of Washington D.C., in the Oval Office, where five different Presidents, such as President George H.W. Bush, President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama and now President Donald J. Trump have been given a God given responsibilty to care for those that bore the scars protecting our borders. And all of the following 12 Secretary of Veterans Affairs have turned a blind eye and deliberately were ignorant to criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed under their leadership.

David Shulkin, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, as a Veteran, I speak for myself and all Veterans, we need a Secretary that will act against criminal misconduct and criminal activity that is being committed against Veterans by employees under your leadership, one with the mindset of detective Barretta, employees don’t do the crime because you all will do the time Shulkin Proposes Eliminating 40-Mile, 30 Day Rule For Non-VA Care, February 26, 2017. All of the Secretary’s mentioned above were all programatic and turned a blind eye against criminal activity by those under their leadership.

I sought of wonder why is it that corrupt employees in other federal agencies are being dealt with by federal law enforcement and Veterans are not being protected by federal law enforcement? As you will be able to read and see for yourselves the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, joined together with the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Miami Dade Police Department, Deputy Inspector General for Investigations, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, U.S. Department of Labor Office of Inspector General, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Secret Service and so on.

All of the above mentioned federal law enforcement joined together to put an end to criminal activity by arresting over 100 defendants for governmental impersonation, fraud, and theft schemes involving tens of thousands of stolen personal identities: U.S. Department of Justice, Over 100 Defendants Charged in Government Impersonation Fraud, and Theft Schemes Involving Tens of Thousands of Stolen Personal Identity, January 31, 2017, Inspector General, U.S. Department of Defense, Report NO DODIG-2012-069, Part 1, April 2, 2012 and Inspector General U.S. Department of Defense, Report No. DODIG-2012-069, Part 2, April 2, 2012. Yet Veterans are purposely being denied the American protections of JUDICIAL REVIEW and FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. I WONDER HOW JESUS CHRIST FEELS ABOUT THIS?

All other federal agencies are held accountable to the federal law and federal authorities accept the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Whereas Veterans Affairs whistleblowers have blown the whistle on corrupt persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in some cases even before crimes have been carried out. Yet nothing is done and corrupt Veterans Affairs personnel is still committing criminal acts against BOTH our nations Veterans and Whistleblowers. Veterans have died and their families have experienced learning that their missed loved ones identification is still living due to identify theft and yet federal authorities have done nothing to bring the corrupt persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to justice. Mrs. Quancidine Hinson Gribble’s efforts to get justice put a lot of pressure on the issue of identity theft by reporting her situation about her husband being dead and yet some employees of Veterans Affairs have assigned someone her dead husbands identification in order that the person could collect her spousal benefits check U.S. Department Of Treasury, Quancidine Hinson Gribble, January 9, 2017 & January 24, 2017 and Military Police Report, Death Of Robert Gribble, March 28, 2012.

Philip E. Cushman has testified before the “Senate Government Operations Committee” and won a landmark case in the U.S. Court Of Appeals For The Federal Circuit. Only to live a life of being retaliated against for his accomplishments for Veterans. Mr. Cushman has stated to me several times that we must awaken our nations Veterans, Veterans organizations and citizens that they must understand our PATRIOTS have been stripped of their JUDICIAL REVIEW and their fundamental American legal protections, which we served to protect for every other American. It is very much dark in our government these days, especially when you can treat the men and women that died and were injured protecting your American rights and protections to perform as politicians and civil servants. Is that a good example of appreciation and gratitude towards your nations PATRIOTS?

President Donald J. Trump and his administration must commit to keeping his promise about cleaning up the corruption inside of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans have been medically murdered, Veterans have had their claims documentation SPOLIATED, Veterans are being criminally abused due to no JUDICIAL REVIEW AND AMERICAN LEGAL PROTECTIONS under previous presidential administrations, President Donald J.
