VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” Part 24

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. (2nd Corinthians 3:17-18)

As a Veteran that has struggled to get justice, I’ve learned why things are the way they are for Veterans, Veterans have been purposely denied access to the U.S. District Court, an article 3 court that “Title 18 U.S.C.”  which is criminal law and protects every group of citizen, except Veterans.

For two and a half decades, I’ve listened to three different President’s say they were going to do this and do that for our nations Veterans. Yet I and many Veterans have suffered criminal abuse, some death via suicide, some were medically murdered due to a system set in place by the past heads of our country. Strictly because there are certain government laws, policies, acts, rules and political officials at fault.

Such as former Presidents, like President Herbert Hoover, who felt that government was to be made small for the purpose of keeping down government expenditures:

You will see in the following link below, in the second paragraph the targeting of Veterans, which reads as follows: “The need for economy in government is a belief accepted by taxpayers everywhere. The Economy League attempts to provide non-partisan opposition to various outstanding governmental wastes, notably the overbearing amounts of bonus and other payments made to war veterans of other than deserving character. Opponents of the League argue that if its leaders obtain a significant number of voter’s names and support, that even the deserved payments to veterans will be cut off.”

History shows that some of our nations political leaders have surely set up a RIGGED system to deprive Veterans of their due process rights. For example President Franklin D. Roosevelt campaigned for the Presidency, in part, on a pledge to balance the federal budget by slashing Veterans benefits by 50 percent. Veterans benefits constituted a quarter of the federal budget at the time. The act was written primarily by Douglas, Roosevelt’s Director of the Budget, and Greenville Clark, a private attorney:

Now with all that said, you now will see a RIGGED U.S. Federal Court system in place, which does not protect its nations Veterans. Veterans have NO FEDERAL REDRESS in the U.S. District Courts and at the administrative level are not allowed attorney representation. Does politics interfere with the judicial system?

The political question doctrine holds that some question, in their nature, are fundamentally political, and not legal, and if a question is fundamentally political… then the court will refuse to hear that case. It will claim that it doesn’t have jurisdiction. And it will leave that question to some other aspect of the political process to settle out:

How can a Veteran get equal access to the U.S. Federal Court and Law, when even in the Court, such as the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, an article 1 court, your due process rights are violated while on the court docket by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs:

A system was set up against Veterans in order to keep them in bondage but Jesus has had His eyes on the Veterans situation for decades and time to pay the Kings of kings, Lord of lords, the all High politician is here. Those that make corrupt decisions to do these types abuse to our nations Veterans will never have rest but unrest:

It’s a demonic force that has a stronghold on persons employed by both the U.S. Government and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs provide unprotected medical care, which is a Veterans due process right. “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man south, that shall he reap. President Donald J. Trump said the system was RIGGED and he is totally and completely RIGHT. Strictly because the system has been RIGGED from the on set, as far as Veterans care is concerned. It is set up  to demoralize Veterans, which is very much demonic and provoking God to fix the entire system of government His self. He is not going to allow this mess to continue much longer. It can’t last to much longer the way it is presently.

“War Is A Racket,” just because Veterans come home some in our government care nothing about Veterans and all to much about money:

Veterans and Veterans groups we must unite together for the purposes of getting these corrupt laws, policies, acts, rules and politicians off the books and out of our government. Or our children and grandchildren are in serious trouble.
