It is time for America to hear the truth about the problems within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The truth is that the term backlog at the (VA), isn’t really the truth at all. But rather that the main issues at the (VA), is persons employed and ordered to perform criminal acts against our nations Veterans and their families, so senior executives and low level managers can receive promotions and bonuses.

Understand one thing, a criminal empire always has its attorneys to consult with about its criminal business, which the Secretary of Veterans Affairs has the Office Of General Counsel, to advise him on how to escape prosecution for criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed under his leadership. Which nine times out of ten, the attorneys at the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) and all Regional Offices get their criminal marching orders from the Office Of General Counsel.

I have a question for you all, “how many of you ever heard of this corruption against Veterans in supposedly their “Court of Law” set up by your friends and neighbors royal ruling party; “THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS?” BVA Criminal Activity, This Is Just Sick 2011

Everything about the dysfunction of the (VA) is criminally related due to corrupt attorneys, for example former attorneys, Lawrence Gottfried and Jill Rygwalski who did harm to many Veterans. Attorney Gottfried destroyed portions of at least 32 out of 38 case files assigned to him for over a three month period. This criminal misconduct continued over four years, possibly affecting the claims of over 1,000 United States Veterans. Ms. Rygwalski, also plead guilty to similar tampering with Veterans case files, potentially affecting 1,100 Veterans. She was convicted of forgoing documents and destroying medical records while processing medical and benefits claims of veterans. Ms. Kelli Kordich, Senior Counsel, Board of Veterans Appeals testified before the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, Subcommittee on Oversight & Investigations on September 10, 2014. In Ms. Kordich’s testimony she mentioned four (BVA) senior executives, Charles Craig, former BVA Chairman, Steven L. Keller, former BVA Chairman, Laura H. Eskenazi, Vice Chairman and Joaquin Peerless-Aguayo, Principle Deputy Vice Chairman. There is an attitude within the Office Of General Counsel that they can do whatever they want to Veterans, in order to protect the CRIMINAL EMPIRE. For example, Robert A. McDonald, former Secretary Of Veterans Affairs and his counsel Mrs. Abigail J. Schopick, Office Of General Counsel, who took it upon herself to decide that my four filings of my VA Form 10-0381, Civil Rights Discrimination Complaints were not relevant. Especially since the filings of those civil rights discrimination complaints were related to ALTERED MEDICAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT. Veterans everybody else is marching, we need an well organized peaceful Veterans demonstration to make our political representatives on the Hill in Washington D.C., understand we’re united and standing together for our due process rights to be heard in all U.S. Federal District Courts. Another President, Congress and Senate member isn’t to get it done, we’ve seen more than our share of those types. types that don’t really care until it’s time to produce legislation in order to get funding. Better said, those that only want to know Veteran’s in order to get to the CASH.
