VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” Part 23

Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. (Ezekiel 3:17-19)

First and foremost i want to thank the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for the 24 years of corruption and injustice, which led me to give my life back to Jesus Christ. And also led me to enormous amount Veteran brother and sisters, and a lot of knowledge about the history of mistreatment of Veterans.

And that knowledge begins with one of the real reasons our Congress has not dealt with corruption and abuse of Veterans by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which is the Economy Act of March 20, 1933. Which was birthed out of the National Economy League and is the cause Veterans are stuck in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, an article 2 court.

President Roosevelt viewed a crisis called a National Economic Emergency, as a reason to sign the “Economy Act” into law, which closed all JUDICIAL BRANCH/ARTICLE 3 courts, to all Veterans blocking them from article 3 courts appeals redress. 

As Governor of New York, Franklin D. Roosevelt had campaigned for the Presidency, in part, on a pledge to balance the budget. On March 10, 1993, six days after his inauguration, Roosevelt submitted legislation to Congress which would cut $500 million ($8.181 billion in 2009 dollars) from the 3.6 billion federal budget by eliminating government agencies, reducing the pay of civilian and military federal workers (including members of Congress), and slashing veterans’ benefits by 50 percent. Veterans benefits constituted a quarter of the federal budget at the time. The Act was written by Lewis Douglass, Roosevelt’s Director of the Budget, and Grenville Clark, a private attorney:

What the Economy Act has caused is an all out assault against our nations Veterans for the purposes of stealing our monies. Have any of you heard the story about Leroy Bailey, I learned about him from Philip Cushman:

He was one of seven kids from a broken family in Maine. He had been in the infantry in Vietnam only one month. Yet this PATRIOT never gave up in his fight but encouraged to do the same:

Not only did Veterans Affairs wrongfully turn their back on Leroy Bailey but they also did wrong Mr. Cushman and his family. By two federal agencies, Veterans Affairs and Social Security Administration conspired to ignore the “finding of fraud by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.” Which did not do justice to Mr. Cushman’s wife of 40 years, Mr. Cushman said he believed that the multiple continuous decades of resulting VA & SSA induced stress, triggered the years of suffering and cancer death of Mrs. Janette Cushman:

Let’s understand one thing, as long as Veterans are not protected by Judicial Review in article 3 courts, Veterans and their families are vulnerable to the type of treatment the Cushman family suffered and are still suffering for fighting against Veterans Affairs for their due process rights:

There appears that Veteran and their families have also experienced another major issue by the hands of persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which is Veteran suicides at an alarming rate of between 22 too 40 Veteran suicides a day:

America there is also a secret waiting list in the Veterans Healthcare Administration, which has and still is secretly killing Veterans everyday at an alarming rate:

As I said above, I thank the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for my 24 year plight of injustice by persons they’ve employed. Strictly because I’ve received Jesus Christ and His Word in my life. Also knowing that He is watching over His PATRIOTS, such as the Philip Cushman’s, Charles P. Mahoney’s, Jeffery A. Truman’s and whistleblowers such as Janel Smith, Lisa Marie Magin, Lisa pearl Black, Steven Oliva, Scott Davis, Isaac Decatur, Ralph Saunders and Oliver B. Mitchell 3rd, all that have suffered similar stress by persons employed by the U.S. Government.

So I trust the Word of God, which reads as follows: Revelation 21:8, But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

None of us are getting away with doing evil and wicked things to eachother. Hell and the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone was created by God for the unbelievers and the wicked that practice evil:

Please let us pray for one another, so we’ll see the power of Jesus Christ represent all Veterans/PATRIOTS. We must fight together to get our Veterans Affairs cases back into the article 3, U.S. District Court system, so we will again have proper federal redress, which was criminally stolen from US.
