As we all know by now God ordained our Government to govern US, according the Will of God (Romans 13:1-4). Yes God gave US a government to operate according to His ordained power. Which means God is still the BOSS over His ordained government, meaning even if there resistance to operate according to the Will of God within government. You have become by terror, which causes many of God’s creation be afraid/stumble.
Some in past governments have set up a system to fail the American PATRIOTS and CITIZENS in order that those influenced by greed within government will profit for themselves. Which is first and foremost the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB), Office of Special Counsel (OSC) and the Veterans Affairs (OIG).
You will be able to see that the (MSPB) has done nothing more than manipulate cases, which allowed corrupt persons employed by government/civil servants to get away with criminal misconduct and criminal activities within federal agencies:

There is a process in place to protect all Americans against being victims of government criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed by the U.S. Government, it’s the (MSPB). This process is also suppose to protect whistleblowers from retaliation and reprisal by co-workers in their workplace in order to uphold public safety. I have known of three attorneys that did their best to expose criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which were warnings related to what has since taken place in our government since 1997 and 2012:

What has taken place within this process called the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB), is dysfunction and corruption itself. Yes the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB) does lack integrity, which has caused many PATRIOTS to suffer harm and even death due to the (MSPB) turning a blind eye and deliberately ignoring whistleblower complaints by allowing those persons guilty of criminal misconduct and criminal activities to retaliate against whistleblowers and continue to commit crimes by affording them their due process rights. Even though the bad persons employed by the U.S. Government have deprived many whistleblowers of their due process rights, such as: Janel Smith, Lisa Marie Magin, Steven Oliva, Isaac Decatur, Ralph Saunders, Morsie Porter and many others.
Now remember Congress legislated the process of the (MSPB) and have watched it function in dysfunction. Therefore we ought to stand in support of Ohio (Rep) Warren Davidson’s bill called the “Lead by Example Act,” which would afford Congress and Senate members to receive their medical care from the Veterans Healthcare Administration. This just might be the needed motivation of both Congress and Senate to put an end to the corruption within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and all other government agencies:

Since Oliver B. Mitchell 3rd, originally blew the whistle on his co-workers back in 2014, as mentioned above, things have gotten worst.
