VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” Part 12

I have been in the system of “VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” for over a total of 24 years. I say that to say this when will these people learn? You catch them committing crimes and report the criminal misconduct and criminal activity to the proper authorities, such Department of Veterans Affairs, OIG, U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, under 18 U.S.C. Section 4- MISPRISION OF FELONY. And they blatantly turn a blind eye and deliberately become ignorant to crimes committed against Veterans. I will show you proof of what I am saying.

For seven months WRGB Channel Six News, Albany CBS News investigated my case and on November 11, 2009 had arranged for interview with Diana Rubens, now former Associate Deputy Undersecretary of Field Operations. The Albany CBS News reporter Randy Simons secretly asked me to participate in the interview. During the interview I asked Mrs. Rubens a question and that question was, was the reason the Department of Veterans Affairs not paying me my compensation benefits because they did not want to pay me? Some where around six years Mrs. Diana Rubens was INVOLVED in Veterans Affairs scandal, which she was alleged to have stole money in the sumfrom the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, relocation program:

In the following youtube video, you yourself can see Mrs. Rubens puts on such a candid countenance, one which appears as if she really cares about Veterans. A look which we Veterans have seen on the News, videos and even up close and personally:

It is senior executives, such as Mrs. Diana Rubens that have cost Chauncey Robinson, Philip Cushman, Charles P. Mahoney, Jeffery A. Truman and Steve Sutton a total of around 195 years of our lives due to corruption.

Therefore I encourage each and every Veteran to at least join and help “Represent US,” a group fighting against corruption. Veterans nothing changes because we cry about them, change only happens when people stand up against corruption:

Beskin’s letter  September 2, 2014 to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, which was sent to the OIG to inform them of  his letter dated August 25, 2012 for concerning Veterans Affairs fraudulent compensation and pension examination dated June 12, 2012 and its medical report dated June 18, 2012:

Understand we’re not alone, there is many government officials, civil servants/whistleblowers and attorneys that are presently working inside our government and are very much tired, some are former and present judges, former and present politicians. Former political leaders such as Senator Ron Wyden and deceased Congressman Lane Evans are sorely missed by many Veterans, including myself. Veterans we must vote crooks out of politics and put people with integrity in political office:

Even a Chief Judge came to the knowledge that there was something wrong at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which reads on page two, Judge Roberts response: “Well that’s really startling, isn’t it? In litigating with veterans, the government more often than not takes a position that is substantially unjustified?”:

Mr. Philip Cushman has been instrumental in getting US/Veterans due process, as you can see in the following link but there is still corruption eating at the fabric of his life because the U.S. Federal Court granted him victory, yet the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is still in retaliation mode:

Now after the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims issued a REMAND ORDER on September 14, 2005. Which is around “4,600” days ago and the Court has my brief of appellant dated October 27, 2016. This Court has the power under 18 U.S.C. Section 401 to issue a remedy ORDER, ORDERING the Robert A. McDonald, Secretary of Veterans Affairs to GRANT my request, which is in my brief of appellant:
