In the 24 years of torment I’ve suffered by the hands of persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, I’ve come to know personally some courageous Veterans and Whistleblowers. Some which are both Veterans and Whistleblowers, so I feel for those that served this nation in both  capacities of government.

Some are married with children and some are single parent fathers and mothers. Now when you’re a Veteran and gave your life for the purpose of country, and you come home from deployment, it’s rough and most don’t even know what you’ve been through, while you were in battle protecting your countries borders, so politicians can politic, so co-workers can work beside one another, so bosses can be bosses. Yet Veterans and Whistleblowers together have put their lives on the line to protect America’s borders so Americans can live good lives, yet we receive nothing more than POW treatment. Such as deprivation of our due process rights, property rights and civil rights by those that we served and worked under with honor and integrity. Yeah it was alright to have integrity when you served risking your life on the battle field protecting your loved ones at home, protecting political authority at home, so they can govern. Both Veterans and Whistleblowers even protect senior executives persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I would says Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley agrees:

And yet they commit criminal acts against us, as Veterans, entitled due compensation benefits, as patients, due proper medical treatment in Veterans hospital facilities. Which gets even more ugly, when you’re a Veteran employed in the system of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or another federal agency and you see a co-worker causing harm in the workplace by violating the law. And you decide to do the right thing and report the criminal wrong doing done to a person that served America on the battle field. The governmental system turns its back on us because we’re persons of integrity and took a stand against unrighteousness, and blew the whistle on the criminal wrong doing done at the workplace. What do you think happens after we’ve blown the whistle or appealed a decision made in our claim for full benefits? Would you ever think that your supervisors would target you, or Veterans Affairs would target you for appealing their decision in your claim for benefits. And aim to get to do you harm knowing you’re a single mother with a child at home, you must keep clothed, put food in its belly and keep a roof over your child’s head. This also happens to those that are married with the same responsibilities.

It doesn’t matter to big brother/government, you did something they did not like, you did not go along to get along, you stood up for your entitled benefits, you blew the whistle on criminal wrong doing done by a brother Veteran to another Veteran. You stood in the character of integrity and they targeted you for doing what was right. In some shape or form Veterans and Whistleblowers are being targeted by the U.S. Government, in all reality we’re all being blacklisted.

I’ve come to know of a few Veterans and Whistleblowers that have been blacklisted for speaking out about discrimination at the workplace. I will allow you to meet them for yourself, all you have to do is read about them:

Both of these two young men have been blacklisted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which they have gotten their case documented by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which EEOC ruled in their favor.

It is a fact that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has treated Veterans and their families with evil for a long time. Here is an example in the following three links about the disgraceful treatment of two Veterans and families, which supports what is taking place in the cases of whistleblowers. It appears that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs does not care about the families of Veterans and Whistleblowers. The two links about the Natalie Carnegie and her husband Michael fighting for the injustice done to her father, Joseph Carnegie, which persons employed by both the James A. Haley VA Medical Center and Atlanta VA Medical Center caused much harm to Mr. Carnegie, first officials at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center put a tiny camera hidden in a smoke detector in the room of a brain damaged Veteran without telling his family. Secondly at the Atlanta VA Medical Center they poisoned Mr. Carnegie by flooding his body with sodium. A Korean war Veteran, Joseph Carnegie went to the hospital in August of 2013 to have a tracheotomy tube replaced. His son in law, Michael Coleman, said the staff made mistake during the operation and flooded Carnegie’s body with sodium:

Mr. Decatur has lost his family during this dreadful time of his life, which he is also an example of the injustice done to him and his family by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, who has defied the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s favorable ruling by not making Mr. Decatur whole. Instead leaving him in a financial destitute situation causing him to lose his family.

Mr. Saunders won his case and was wrongfully forced to pay attorney fees that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was to pay. Which is completely wrong and caused financial harm! The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission must find a way to make sure that the orders they issue in favor of the employees are followed because it’s a form of protecting the employee and their families. Fore example Mr. Saunders wife was scheduled for serious heart surgery and he properly put in for leave to be with her and was denied supervisors, and charged with AWOL. Mr. Saunders testified that he complied with the rules in applying for leave. Therefore it appears that when Veterans Affairs supervisors or seniors executives don’t employees under their leadership that have blown the whistle, they not only retaliate against those employees but those employees family members God responsibilities as husbands and wives.

Both of these two men were wrongfully terminated while waiting for their disability status from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Which in fact they had already issued a disability decision, which Mr. Saunders did not know about. Which the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs told Mr. Saunders if he signed an agreement they would remove the termination. Therefore they tricked Mr. Saunders into signing the settlement agreement under false pretenses. Mr. Saunders point is that he was already terminated and out of the door and disabled at the time of the agreement. Both Mr. Saunders and Mr. Decatur stated that had they known (OPM) had already approved their disability, they would have never signed the settlement agreement.

I could not receive any of the entitlements from the Final Agency Decision because they were tricked into signing the settlement agreement, which gives a false impression that the had resigned and were out the door. If only the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs would follow all directives, statutes and regulations put in place for public safety. When there is an act of disobedience to not follow what is in place for public safety, those persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs should be prosecuted due to their criminal misconduct and criminal activities, under 18 U.S.C., due to their purposely endangering public safety!

Here I am providing you with some of the directives put in place by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to protect employees from discrimination, retaliation and reprisal at the workplace and procedures put in place by the United States House of Representatives to protect whistleblowers:

These Veterans Affairs directives and Congressional legislations are not being followed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs nor enforced at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Strictly because you can go back and review the previous blog post concerning the case of Mr. Steven Oliva, who received maltreatment by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. It appears to be a pattern of injustices in the U.S. Government that is allowing Veterans and Whistleblowers to secretly tortured by being put on a blacklist. Or causing the workplace atmosphere to be hellish at best for Whistleblowers. Who do you think is behind this satanic evils, none other than Satan himself, he is stealing everything good about us, he is aiming to kill everything we stand for that is good (integrity, marriages, children, homes and finances), last but not least he can just destroy your complete existence in life. Does this fell and sound to us because it’s the truth. PERIOD.

Both Isaac Decatur and Ralph Saunders have followed proper remedy, only to still be left stuck the system without justice due to being blacklisted.

Al Hunt submitted an Affidavit to the United States of America Equal Employment Opportunity Commission New Orleans District Court dated November 10, 2004, which in Mr. Hunt’s affidavit he testified that both Mr. Isaac Decatur and Mr. Ralph Saunders that two of his direct supervisors targeted both Mr. Decatur and Mr. Sanders were put on a blacklist and were targeted for removal from service because they had filed EEO complaints against them. And there were five other employees on the hit list of these two supervisors. It was so terrible that by May of 2004, Mr. Al Hunt filed his own EEO complaint against one of the supervisors, who had begun to harass him. In the following link on page two and line seven you will be able to read documented evidence of SPOLIATION, which is destruction of federal documentation. Mr. Hunt was in one of the supervisors office, when a medical release or another document was received by that office, via mail or hand or by fax about Mr. Ralph Saunders. One of the supervisors said: Oh, that’s from Ralph” and ignore it. On another occasion, in March of 2004 Mr. Hunt was again in that supervisors office when another document from Mr. Ralph Saunder’s psychologist was faxed to the supervisor; when she saw it she told her secretary, “I don’t want to see this. get rid of it.” What has taken place is criminal misconduct and a criminal act, under 18 U.S.C. Section 1519, 18 U.S.C. Section 2071 and 18 U.S.C. Section 1001(3):

We must pray that Congressman Cedric Richmond’s appointment to be chair of the Black Caucus, he will revisit the Veterans being blacklisted by three supervisor’s/persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which another supervisor named Mr. Al Hunt signed an affidavit testifying about the blacklisting of the following former employees that been abused at the workplace: Mr. Ralph Saunders, Mr. Isaac Decatur, mr. Morsie Porter, Mr. Willie Savone, Mr. Warner, Ms. Julia Slater, which all are African Americans suffering due to discrimination at the workplace:

In the following link you be able to read and see that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System on November 17, 2010, which reads as follows on the cover letter and the first paragraph, sentence 1 thru 3: “The Office of Employment Discrimination Complaint Adjudication recently forwarded a copy of the Final Decision on Compensatory Damages and Awarding Monetary Relief:”

The following link consist of a response from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington D.C., in response a letter Mr. Decatur sent to President Barack Obama, which reads as follows in paragraph four: “The Order in your consists of two types of remedial action: curative action- designed to make you whole and compensate you for losses and damages; and preventive action designed to be pro-active and prevent future violations. The curative actions with the exception of the compensatory damages appeal, docketed as EEOC Appeal number 0120110527, have been addressed.”

What is wrong about this matter is Mr. Decatur has not been made whole since he received his Final Decision on November 17, 2010. I have noticed that these governmental agencies will do everything in their abusive power to follow court orders, especially when the order pertains to compensatory payment or complete payment of rating decisions. They are obedient to their motto: DELAY, DENY AND WAIT FOR THE VETERAN TO DIE:

In the scripture at the top it tells us about the abundant life Jesus Christ has for us, well it was an awesome day in church this morning. Our Pastor Paul Tebbano started to preach his sermon but was somewhat interrupted by the Holy Spirit because of concerns about workplace violence and issues, so he told us if we were experiencing hard times at work to come up to the alter, so they could pray for those with workplace issues. I was ushering at my post but I wanted to go and stand proxy for Veterans and Whistleblowers but I was on post and wrestling about that, and suddenly another usher came from his post and said to me you want to go up. Understand I am not employed on world terms and he knew that. So I said yes and went up to the alter to stand proxy for all Veterans and Whistleblowers.

Afterwards I went back to my post and I received a word of knowledge from the Holy Spirit that for those who are whistleblowers and experiencing a hard time at your workplace, you to love those that are trying to torment you because if you do that the Lord will demote those troubling you at work and make you their boss. Forgive them and love them because they’re salvation is also important to the Lord.

Hey we all know the government’s system is rigged and the Lord has His man in the Oval Office come January of 2017, all of the U.S. Government is in the Lord’s sights, governing America as usual will not be the same anymore. So just love them because I have been doing this during my entire 24 years of travesty, yes it’s wrong what we’ve gone through. It has only made us BETTER PERSONS.
