VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILFULL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, Part 37

For if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal to Caesar. Then Festus, when he had conferred with the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go. (Acts 25:11-12)

On May 2, 2017, I submitted a proposal to President Donald J. Trump, Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand and David J. Shulkin, Secretary of Veterans Affairs requesting that the following legislation be repealed due to the harm they’re causing our nations Veterans: H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988); “Senior Executive Service,” Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (October 13, 1978, Pub.L. 95-454, 92 Stat. 1111; 38 U.S.C. 7104(A); 38 C.F.R. 3.103(A); and 38 U.S.C. 5409(C)(1).

How is it that Veterans have gone so long without judicial review in the U.S. District Courts, especially when every other citizen of the United States is able to get judicial review in the U.S. District Courts. For example, claimants are denied their request for social security benefits by the Social Security Administration, all they have to do is file an appeal in the U.S. District Courts. And Veterans have been for 84 years been deprived of their due process of law, by not being able to get judicial review in the U.S. District Courts.

I wonder why our Congress took away our nations Veterans judicial review, only to caused Veterans to watch every other citizen of the United States, including claimants that receive benefits from Social Security Administration.

All Veterans and citizens of the United States, please join in on the task of getting justice for our nations Veterans, by writing to your President and members of the Congress and Senate requesting they support our efforts to the following pieces of legislation repealed. So our nations PATRIOTS can get the proper benefits they’re entitled but are being criminally denied.

My question is how much more does it cost Veterans to be treated like an American, especially when we’ve counted the cost through sacrifices for the country we love. Now it’s time for the Oval Office, Congress and Senate to really count the cost. (Luke 14:25-35)

“OMNIBUS SYSTEMIC VA TYRANNY NEGATION ACT”

President Donald J. Trump, Omnibus Systemic VA Tyranny Negation Act, May 2, 2017Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, Omnibus Ssystemic VA Tyranny Negation Act, May 2, 2017 and David J. Shulkin, Omnibus Systemic VA Tyranny Negation Act, May 2, 2017

Please review each and every one of the following links to legislation that is protecting criminal abuse of Veterans by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs:

Exhibit 1, Veterans Attorney Representation IssuesExhibit 1A, H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988)Exhibit 1B, The Impact Of The Veterans’ Judicial Review Act O, The Federal CircuitExhibit 1C, Years After Vet Died, Court Approves His Attorney’s Fee, June 3, 2015Exhibit 1 D, Swift And Sure Penalties Would End Corruption, April 6, 2017Exhibit 1E, 38 C.F.R. 3.103(A)Exhibit 1F, S.2640 – Civil Service Reform Act, (1977-1978)Exhibit 1F1, Civil Service Reform Act of 1978Exhibit 1F2, Senior Executive Service Legislation Harmful To VeteransExhibit 1G, Bonus To VA Employees To Commit Crimes Against Veterans, October 28, 2016Exhibit 1H, 38 U.S.C. 7104(A), Repeal The Board Of Veterans Appeals

In the following exhibits, you will be able to review just how the bad legislation mentioned above have cost both Charles P. Mahoney and Philip Cushman a total of “106 years of their lives,” and it even cost Mr. Cushman well spent time his beloved wife due to the stress brought upon their lives through deprivation of their due process of law rights and being stripped of their legal rights due to the legislation mentioned above. Understanding thing both Mr. Mahoney and Mr. Cuhsman’s cases have always been meritorious, yet they both continued being deprived of judicial review in the U.S. District Courts:

As for my case, which will be 25 years old, as of July 24, 2017. I as my other brother and sister Veterans have suffered deprivation of my due process of law rights because of the above mentioned legislation. All of the combined pieces of legislation provides the government at every level, opportunity to high jack my meritorious case by depriving me of judicial review in the U.S. Districts:

Joseph Wayne Dunagan AKA Skinnet and his wife Barbara Ann Wright have suffered a severe case of deprivation of their due process of law rights, strictly because of the U.S. Governments refusal to provide them with copies of Mr. Dunagan’s military records. I mean price does one have to wait, especially he hurt his back, while on active duty and because our government ordered a secret operation, Mr. Dunagan is not able to get access to copies of his military records. WOW, what a price to pay for ones loyalty for his country, only to be deprived of judicial review in the U.S. District Courts:

Steve Sutton is a Veteran and former employee of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and he has experienced deprivation of his due process of law rights and judicial review in the U.S. District Courts: Exhibit D, Steve Sutton’s Summary

Dolphus Collins is a Veteran that has suffered deprivation of his due process of law rights and judicial review in the U.S. District Courts:  April 24, 2017Exhibit E, Dolphus V. The United States, (No. 99-486C), July 21, 2000

Please be informed that even when Veterans are represented by attorneys, attorney representing Veterans are disrespected by persons employed by Veterans Affairs and purposely discouraged to a point that they stop practicing Veterans Affairs law: Exhibit F, Koltz Law Offices, Attorneys Joseph C. Koltz & David Mirhosemi Letter Dated November 3, 1997

Sandra Hale as far as I know is a Veteran and former Veterans Affairs employee, who has a very knowledge of the corruption in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs: Exhibit G, Sandra Hale, Abolish The Entire VA System – Do Not Reward Bad Behavior, March 31, 2016

As a Veteran, I am wondering why we’re the most unprotected citizens of the United States, even though some of us have made the ultimate sacrifice, so Americans can go to work, can be politicians and so many good other things. Yet Veterans are illegally forbidden access to their due process of law rights, and access to the U.S. District Courts.

While our government has provided criminals protections due to the above mentioned congressional laws forbids prison time for persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs:

Exhibit H, VA Worker Gets Job Back Despite Armed Robbery Charge, March 22, 2016

Ever since the implementation of H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988), Veterans have suffered an continuous flood of criminal misconduct while our U.S. Congress continue to throw more stagnant legislation and money at the problem. When all the Oval Office, Congress and Senate has to do, is support and repeal the legislation mentioned in the proposal presented to President Donald J. Trump, Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand and David J. Shulkin, Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

To our political leadership on the Hill in Washington D.C., all that really needs to be done is give all Veterans their due process of law rights through judicial review in the U.S. District Courts, just as claimants applying for benefits from Social Security Administration have at their disposal.
