VA’S SYSTEMIC & WILFULL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, Part 38

Ms. Lisa Pearl Black, Whistleblower, informed the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System of issues with experimental government program involving the employees were taken from one set of duties to another.  

Veterans Affairs (VA) Headquarters in Washington D.C. sent a lady (Senior Executive) to the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, who informed Ms. Black and her colleagues that an experiment was going to take place. The lady said she was not sure how it would turn out because it had never been done. Ms. Black worked at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center where the DOD sterile processing and hospital clinic, and operating room supplies are kept. The lady from (VA) Headquarters said that they wanted to take people (employees) from the supply and sterile/decontamination department and change their duties to procurement/logistics. Suddenly after making those changes, things began to fall apart affecting the care of Veterans, which our Veterans should have been receiving. Ms. Black a Christian woman with integrity went to both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Human Resources (HR) and told them the experiment was falling apart and something needed to be done. And done quickly unless there would be a train wreck. 

All of a sudden severe retaliation began to take place against Ms. Black and it went on for three years. It was so bad Ms. Black had to talk to a psychologist about the hostile environment she had to work in, which was in violation of the “Whistleblower Protection Act of 1987.” Ms. Black’s original (informal) complaint was filed in 2005 and her right to sue was filed in 2006. Ms. Black said had they listened to her complaint the 10,000 Veterans that had to return for possible HIV, HEP B&C would have never happened.

Let’s understand that in America, whistleblowers suppose to be protected by the “Whistleblower Protection Act of 1987,” yet Ms. Black and many other whistleblowers have suffered due to retaliation and reprisals by their former colleagues at the (VA). Dr. Rosemary G. On October 13, 2006, Ms. Black filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which was terminated on June 1, 2009. But is back in that same U.S. District Court, Middle District Of Tennessee (Nashville), which as recently as last around May 24, 2017, Ms. Black made a telephone call too the Court too check the status of her case, only to learn that Senior Judge John T. There is one thing surely wrong about Ms. Black’s case and mines, and many, many other Veterans, we all report our complaints to the Veterans Affairs Office Of Inspector General (VA-OIG), only to experience the (VA-OIG) turning a blind eye and becoming deliberately ignorant to crimes committed against Whistleblowers and Veterans. Which you read for yourself a (VA-OIG) Special Agent says Section 2710 (7) of Title 18, United States Code (U.S.C.), that is, an officer of the United States who is empowered by law to conduct investigations of and to make arrests for offenses enumerated in Title 18, U.S.C., Section 641 (Public Money, property or records), according to a affidavit signed by Frederick K. Lane, Special Agent of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, on page 1, line number 1: U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Affidavit In Support Of Arrest Warrant  

The real question in the filing of Ms. Black’s whistleblower complaint, is her complaint being properly handled. Now my reason for saying this, is that the issues that Ms. Black filed her complaint was contaminated medical instruments in her department, which was the supply and sterile/decontamination department. Strictly the answer is no because issues have surfaced again, in a News Story aired on Tennessee Channel 5 News on April 28, 2017, the same hospital and department, where Ms. Black worked in 2005.

Both Ms. Blacks and my Court cases has lingered in the system for a total 11 years and our lives have been turned up side down because of criminal abuse, yet all the criminal evidence we’ve issued to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and both the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee (Nashville) and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, we’re continuously deprived of our due process of law rights.  

Now the real question for the American people is whether African American Whistleblowers and Veterans receiving equal access of the law and system of the U.S. Federal Courts, or racial discrimination? Senator Charles E.
