As you all can review for yourselves and see in paragraph two, where it says the Senate passed by a voice vote, eases firing rules for VA employees and allows department leaders to pull back bonuses and other specialty pays from individuals found guilty of wrongdoing. You cannot find a better example of political correctness than the removal of the word “CRIMINAL,” which you all have read about in the cases of several Veterans and Whistleblowers in previous blogs.
Strictly because what is taking place in the U.S. Department Of Veterans Affairs procedural process is “CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT.” This legislation is not going to put an end to the corruption inside the U.S. Department Of Veterans Affairs, don’t get me wrong it will help getting the process a little cleaner but will not stop corruption, instead turning a blind eye and deliberately becoming ignorant to criminal misconduct. In the lives of many Veterans and Whistleblowers, we all need a equal process that will allow us all to appeal our cases that have been denied to the U.S. District Courts. Instead of the present process that is guilty of “delay, deny and watch Veterans and Whistleblowers die in the present system,” without receiving justice.
It is my faith that believes what some in government don’t want fix by way of justice, it’s alright because maybe they can’t but I know who can, “His name is Jesus Christ the righteous Branch.”

Mrs. Quancidine Hinson Gribble has worked very hard to get too the bottom of an issue concerning deceased husband and her spousal benefits being collected by another woman. She has been on target in her efforts seeking justice, so much to a point that she has written to President Donald J. Trump and apparently some course of action was taken because this is second time that I know of for sure there has been major arrests.
Understand one thing we all must get letters into President Trump and both of our individual members of Congress and Senate to get them to repeal H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988); “Senior Executive Service,” Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (October 13, 1978, Pub.L. 95-454- 92 Stat. 1111; 38 U.S.C. 7104(A); 38 U.S.C. 5409(C)(1); 38 C.F.R. 3.103(A), so we will be equal to claimants that have appealed their denials to the U.S. District Courts for benefits filed with the Social Security Administration.

It’s a fact that some in the U.S. Government has failed its ordained God given responsibility as public servants to the American Veterans, Whistleblowers and Citizens due to corruption. But there is always an opportunity to really fix the situation, if that opportunity forfeited than the King of glory will surely fix it and for some it won’t look and feel good at all.
Let us pray with a heart of forgiveness for persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, so we can experience the power of the King of glory.
