There appears to be a lot of ungratefulness of nations PATRIOTS, going way to 1932, when the March of the Bonus Army took place. Some in our past and present political leadership are very much of what took place back in 1932, up until this very day. These Veterans were lied to and physically abused for standing up for the rights. Targeted by their own countries political leadership after serving their country on the front lines, away from their homes and families.

In the New York Opinion on August 4, 1986, it as titled “U.S. Veterans Deserve First-Class Citizenship,” I agree 100%. The question is, is our nations PATRIOTS, second class citizens? Well NO because there is not a such classification in the eyes of JESUS CHRIST, such a classification of a second citizen. What hurts the most is that there is some people that feel because they live lavished lifestyles, it makes them a first/better class citizen.
Every one in America has access to the U.S. District Courts, except Veterans. Please write a letter to your representatives in Congress and Senate on the Hill in Washington D.C. and ask them why Veterans are being deprived of Judicial Review in our U.S. District Courts. Instead Congress has legislated a process, which has only caused for many Veterans to die off due to a stop gap court process, which reads as follows in the attached link: “Congress created several Article 1, or legislative courts, that do not have full judicial power. Well I guess many of us are very much discouraged by now, knowing the truth that the governmental system was set up to work against our nations PATRIOTS AND CITIZENS, as we see the many laws mentioned above that has been legislated by some past Presidents and members of Congress, and the Senate.
There have been situation where reputable attorneys have filed complaints with judges in U.S. Federal Courts, only to not even receive any response at all. Which in all truthfulness attorneys are officers of the courts, yet when they’re representing Veterans, some how their respect as officers of the courts drastically disappears! To a point where it has caused some attorneys not to want to take on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs because of the system is corrupt. Let’s understood one thing and one thing only, our government has stacked the deck against our nations PATRIOTS, through corrupt legislation that deprives Veterans of their due process rights during the administration of their claims for Veterans Affairs benefits. While they wait for Veterans to die off.
AMERICAN PATRIOTS AND CITIZENS, we must ask ourselves the question, why is our nations PATRIOTS, who all made the ultimate sacrifice for our liberties, while receiving such a raw deal by some of our past and present political leaders on the Hill in Washington D.C.?
Every AMERICAN CITIZEN has access to JUDICIAL REVIEW in the U.S. District Courts, even immigrants have access to JUDICIAL REVIEW in the District Courts. It is very important that we all realize, we have to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for our sins. “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burnt with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. It’s now on those good representatives on the Hill in Washington D.C. to repeal bad legislation, legislation that has played a part in Veterans Affairs criminal misconduct and also in the many, many Veterans suicides over the years.
While we Veterans among the living keep having to watch those responsible for the crimes committed against Veterans escape prison time, such as medical murders via the secret wait time appointments that are still happening to many Veterans this very day and also the Veterans Affairs suicides hotline is purposely not functioning properly.
Between the bad legislation and having to relive criminals escaping prison time by way of resignation, yet those who knew they committed crimes Veterans, allow them to some kind of way still participate in the inner workings of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We must get bad legislation out that has caused much harm to our nations PATRIOTS. Understand “Veterans Accountability First Act of 2017,” is a good start in order to rid Veterans Affairs of persons committing criminal acts against our nations Veterans. But we can’t stop there because we must get day as Veterans in the U.S. Districts, which evidence of criminal misconduct by persons in Veterans Affairs could lead to prison time.
