VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, Part 35

Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help. (Psalm 35:1-2)

Now that President Donald J. Trump has appointed Neil M. Gorsuch and both Congress, and Senate has confirmed him. On April 10, 2017, judge Neil M. Gorsuch took his oath to be the Supreme Court’s 113th justice. I pray that this is a good thing for all American’s, especially our nations PATRIOTS, when our cases come before the United States Supreme Court. Neil M. Gorsuch Sworn In As 113th Supreme Court Justice, April 10, 2017

There is a changing of the guard on the Hill in Washington D.C., as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is realigning the political regime from the White House unto Congress. Congressman Jim Runestad’s legislation, House Bill 4131, was unanimously approved, which he quotes in the fifth paragraph on page one, which reads as follows: “I have been working on a bill that replaces the word “may” in the current law with “shall,” making pensions forfeiture for public employees who steal from the public mandatory, not just subject to court discretion. Furthermore, the bill adds language to allow for forfeiture of the employer contribution to defined contribution plan, or a 401 (k)-style plan, which the current law does not address.  Mandatory forfeiture of both pensions and employer contributions to defined contribution plans will save trial expense in seeking this penalty and set a firm disincentive to breaching the public trust. Swift And Sure Penalties Would End Corruption, Congressman Jim Runestad, April 6, 2017

There are certain pieces of legislation on the books in Congress, which have caused persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to call for open season on our nations PATRIOTS. Such as the Senior Executive Service and H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988) to go along with 38 C.F.R. 3.103A. Senior Executive ServiceH.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988)

Let’s remember how Congress Jim Runestad made much needed changes in his legislation due to the issue of words, as you can above. Well in 38 C.F.R. 3.103A, when you read it, you can see how a word comes into play, which is underlined in the following link. The word is “while,” as it reads as follows: “while protecting the interests of the Government.” In other words Veterans Affairs adjudicators were to review a Veterans claim and no matter meritorious it is, Veterans Affairs adjudicators were to whatever it takes to deny claim for the purposes of bonuses and promotions. 38 U.S.C. 3.103A, Is A Harmful Code Of Regulation

Now what we see is an alignment of demonic laws in place causing major harm to our nations PATRIOTS. The Senior Executive Service aligns itself perfectly with 38 C.F.R. 3.103A to effectively do harm to our nations PATRIOTS via criminal misconduct. While H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988), literally deprives Veterans due process of law in the U.S. District Courts, which protects persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from any criminal prosecution.

Therefore we must humble ourselves for the purpose of petitioning President Donald J. Trump, Congress and Senate too repeal bad legislation that has harmed many of our nations PATRIOTS. We have no other choice but unite in a peaceful manner and appeal to those that receive our tax dollars to work for us. PATRIOTS petition your congressional and senatorial representative to repeal bad legislation, which is harmful to our lives . Senator Kirsten E. Schumer, Armed Services Committee, March 18, 2017Email Communication With Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand’s Office, April 10, 2017,  Senator Charles E. Schumer, Senate Minority Leader, March 18, 2017 and House Committee Veterans Affairs, Phil Roe, Chairman, March 18, 2017

Past government has built a WALL OF PROTECTION AROUND BAD LEGISLATION in order to protect persons committing crimes against our nations PATRIOTS AND CITIZENS in the interests of the government.

There is a lot of bad congressional legislation on the books in Congress, which is a sure atrocity to our nations PATRIOTS, especially when we appeal to Congress for it to be repealed and we’re ignored. Our Veterans are right now deprived of attorney representation at the administrative level of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Due to bad legislation.

When an attorney wins a case for Veterans, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs does not want to pay the attorney fees You will see for yourselves in a story written by Marcia Coyle, The National Law Journal. The National Law Journal, Years After Vet Died, Court Approves His Attorney’s Fees, June 13, 2015.

Also what discourages attorney from going up against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is the level of corruption. For example, read the letter two attorneys, Joseph Koltz and David Mirhosemi wrote pertaining to the corruption committed against their client by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Which my former attorney suffered during the time he represented me. At one or another Mr. Kenneth S. Beskin suffered not being paid his representation of another Veteran. Koltz Law Offices, Joseph C. Koltz November 3, 1997 and Former Attorney August 25, 2012, Fraudulent Letter & Fraudulent C&P Examination June 18, 2012

Yes there is no doubt our nations PATRIOTS have suffered and even been robbed and medically murdered due to bad legislation for whatever reason or another. Therefore we petition our representatives on the Hill in Washington D.C. to repeal bad legislation, which has even caused death and pain to Veterans and their families. We all must come to an understanding that there is a God, who ordained the works of good government, which all of government must in the end, give an account to Jesus Christ.

As it was in the biblical days, when the precious ointment upon his head, that ran down upon his beard, Psalm 133:2, so will corruption unchecked at the Federal Government. It has trickle down to the State and Local governments. As we can read about the eight men, including several heads of construction firms who have done business with the City, have been indicted for allegedly fixing federal and state bids, and in the case of four others, receiving bribes, according to the indictments filed Thursday in U.S. District Court. Which we all know now that Veterans are afforded the right to redress in the U.S. Courts, causing deprivation of their due process of law due to due to not being able to ACCESS THE U.S. DISTRICT COURTS because of both the SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE AND H.R. 5288- VETERANS JUDICIAL REVIEW ACT, (1987-1988). Which has caused major harm to the life of Veteran, John “Jack” Cunningham, who has been criminally abused for 16 years. More Shrimp Boy’ Fallout, Eight Men Indicted For Alleged Bid-Fixing Scheme, April 7, 2017Public Officials Named In New Findings From FBI Probe Of ‘Shrimp Boy’ Chow, April 4, 2017 and Drain This State’s Swamp-Courts

All of America must understand one thing and one thing only, we’re all entitled to due process of law, which both the Federal Federation Of Government Employees, AFL-CIO (AFGE) and Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) are also guilty of deriving Veterans and Citizens of their due process of law. How easy has it been for federal employees to CRIMINALLY ABUSE VETERANS AND CITIZENS FOR THE INTEREST OF GOVERNMENT. VA Accountability First Act ‘Does Nothing To Improve The VA, (AFGE), March 9, 2017 and American Federation Of Government Employees, AFL-CIO (AFGE), March 7, 2017

I hope that all of the Senate understands that Veterans, who are true American PATRIOTS and must be treated as so because it’s the very reason why God ordained government. Therefore having said that I pray you all allow the legislation of ‘Veterans Accountability First Act of 2017. Strictly it’s only the beginning of implementing good legislation for Veterans and their families. Veterans are the only citizens of America left without the protection of the U.S. District Courts and federal laws. Senator Marco Rubio, Introduces VA Accountablity First Act, March 2, 2017 and Legislation To Hold Veterans Affairs Employees Accountable Faces Major Senate Hurdle, April 9, 2017

Which has placed Veterans at a disadvantage throughout the initial filing of their claims, leaving them in position, while the government denies, delays and hopes that Veterans die off. Based upon the fact that the government has protected criminals and left Veterans unprotected.

The start of ‘Veterans Accountability First Act of 2017’ is only the beginning of the fight for justice for Veterans. Judge Overturns demotion Of VA Offical Accused In Job Scam, February 1, 2016Albany CBS News, Investigates VA New York Regional Office, November 11, 2009 and Veterans Affairs New York Regional Office, LOST ROOM, June 15, 2010

Secretary of Veterans Affairs should have always had the ability to fire criminally bad employees because without that ability, I have suffered for 24 years, Philip Cushman for 43 years, Charles P. Mahoney for 63 years, Steve Sutton for 34 years, Jeffery A. Truman for 34 years. David Sulking, Secretary should be given the power to fire bad employees under his leadership and so doing Veterans will hopefully begin to trust our government. Citing Prorn Watcher, VA Secretary Begs Congress For More Firing Authority, April 3, 2017 and VA Worker Gets Job Back Despite Armed Robbery Charge, March 22, 2016

As long as there is bad legislation on the books in Congress, such as the ‘Senior Executive Service and H.R. 5288- Veterans Judicial Review Act, (1987-1988), 38 C.F.R. 3.103A, which are incentive driven pieces of legislation due to bonuses and promotions.
