VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,” Part 16

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which  while coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (1st Timothy 6:10)

Upon reading about Sloan Gibson, Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs request to Jeff Miller, Chairman House Committee on Veterans Affairs, requesting basically that the Committee remove restrictions from the bonus program. Both Robert A. McDonald, Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Mr. Gibson, and their administration have been living high on the hog at the expense of Veterans pains and sufferings. And also suicides, medical deaths to go along with criminal wrong doings.

I began to wonder what attorneys, Joseph C. Koltz and David Mirhoseini would have to say about persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs receiving bonuses:

Koltz Law Offices, Joseph C. Koltz November 3, 1997

On December 21, 2016, Jeff Miller, Chairman House Committee on Veterans Affairs issued a Press Release, which provided a letter dated December 19, 2016 from the Sloan Gibson, Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Which Mr. Gibson was requesting that the Committee begin to work immediate to repeal the counter-productive, multi-year restrictions on employee awards and incentives that were enacted as part of the “Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016 (CARA):

The Deputy Secretary Of Veterans Affairs, Sloan Gibson, December 19, 2016

On December 20, 2016, Jeff Miller, Chairman House Committee on Veterans Affairs graciously responded to the Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs, which reads as follows in the last paragraph: “However, the bottom line is we felt strongly that facilitating the recovery of veterans suffering from addiction was far more important than bankrolling employees bonuses. Therefore, as Chairman of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, I cannot support a repeal of these offsets in the absence of a recommendation from you as to another source of funding from within VA:”

I am providing a bonus list of senior executives, which there is six senior executives on the list that are directly involved with the adjudication of my appeal, Lois M. Middlestaedt ($116,881), Diana M. Rubens ($105,881), Steven L. Keller ($74,606), Laura H. Eskenazi (34,214), Bruce Gipe ($23, 555) and Beth A. Mccoy ($14,538):

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Senior Executive Bonus List

What I am trying to understand is how in the world can these senior executives be rewarded for such poor job performance due to criminal misconduct and criminal activities committed by persons employed under their terrible leadership. For example the departments they run have blatantly high jacked my appeal since the REMAND ORDER issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) on September 14, 2005, around some (4,650) days ago, yet my appeal is still not completed. On August 23, 2016 the (CAVC) issued an order to me giving me 60 days to file my Brief of Appellant, which I did via fax on “October 21, 2016,” and amended it on October 27, 2016.

Mr. Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs let’s first improve job performance in all areas of the agency:

Brief of Appellant October 27, 2016

Notice To the CAVC Based Upon Timeline For Secretary’s Response To Brief of Appellant, December 22, 2016

And how the senior executive leadership have blatantly committed crimes against Philip Cushman in order to continuously deprive him of his due process rights, property rights and civil rights:

The National Law Journal, Determined Cushman Scores Veterans Benefits Victory, September 1, 2009

How in the world can both Robert A. McDonald, Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Sloan Gibson, Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs expect bonuses, when they allow their employees to commit identity theft and then attempt to kill a deceased Veterans spouse:

(1) Quancidine Hinson-Gribble Lawsuit, February 11, 2016

(1B) Quancidine Hinson-Gribble Fraud Evidence, September 26, 2016Scan 2016-12-23 20.57.53

Mr. Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs persons employed under your poor leadership is purposely depriving whistleblowers of their right to the “Whistleblower Protection Act,” via retaliation and reprisals endangering public safety throughout the entire U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

In the following links you will be able to review and listen for yourself, why the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs should restrict its ENTIRE BONUS PROGRAM. Which shows large amounts of monies, (Bonuses), being provided to persons employed UNDER the leadership of both Robert A. McDonald, VA Secretary and Sloan Gibson, Deputy VA Secretary. Whereas these employees are committing criminal acts against our nations Veterans. What is taking place right before our eyes is these persons are blatantly committing crimes against Veterans, under the R.I.C.O. Statutes. Based upon large amounts of cash being stolen and given to the persons mentioned above that are causing mental and physical harm to our nations Veterans via violations of several laws:

Everybody on the Hill in Washington D.C. know that persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is blatantly committing crimes against Veterans, under the R.I.C.O. Statutes, I was raised and taught that if it quacks, it’s a duck. All Veterans must write to President elect Donald J. Trump and both your Representatives in Congress and Senate requesting that the VA bonus program is entirely removed from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We need professionals employed to take care of our nations Veterans and not hustlers.
