As a Veteran and one of many that has experienced the worst treatment by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for over 24 years. Upon my plight I’ve come to have known some of the most courageous individuals, which all of them very are unique due to their courage and integrity. I am talking about of government whistleblowers, hey I say that because not many have courage to expose corruption inside our U.S. Government. Yet these unique individuals have suffered retaliation and reprisal by persons they worked along side of for years due to their being whistleblowers. Our government is in a shambles due to corruption within.
There has been many rumors about President elect Donald J. Trump being asked by Senator Johnny Isaacson, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs, to keep Robert A. McDonald on as Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Which is a terrible idea and many agree, such as Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the House of representatives, Senator Ron Johnson, Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Senator Charles E. Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee:

I had received email communication from Philip Cushman, Executive Director, Veterans for Due Process, Inc., who has been in a domestic warfare for full benefits for a total of around 43 years with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Cushman made statements that he is well qualified to make due to the torture he and many other Veterans have received for 83 years:
In The National Law Journal, Maria Coyle said in the fourth paragraph: “Cushman, who sought disability benefits for a war-related back injury, spent more than a decade unsuccessfully trying to convince a regional office of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the department’s Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims that his medical record has been fraudulent altered. Mr. Cushman would be an excellent choice for Undersecretary of Veterans Benefits Administration:

On August 25, 2012 my former attorney Kenneth S. Beskin cited the Cushman case based upon the use of a fraudulently altered medical record and Secretary McDonald and persons under his leadership completely ignored us and used an altered medical record for the purposes of under rating me. As you will be able to read my Brief of Appellant and see why Robert a. McDonald must not be kept as Secretary of Veterans Affairs:

President elect Donald J. Trump you were the only person of stature to acknowledge publicly that the U.S. Government is rigged. Therefore why don’t you appoint a whistleblower as Secretary of Veterans Affairs and add whistleblowers to the Secretaries administration. And do the same for all federal agencies. What better way to clean up and restore order to a rigged governmental system.
Ms. Janel Smith is a courageous whistleblower, Veteran and mother, who has a daughter. On September 16, 2015, one whistleblower testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley about workplace threats, unwanted sexual advances, graphic sexual comments and attempts to retaliate against employees who disclosed the inappropriate behavior. Which I feel Ms. Smith should have been afforded the same opportunity to testify at that hearing, especially since she informed Senator Chuck Grassley’s office of her workplace harassment. Which Ms. Smith received no assistance and was deprived of her due process right. Whereas she was left with no other recourse but to courageously file a lawsuit against the U.S. and Bureau Of Alcohol. Due to the ungrateful actions of ignoring Mr. Smith’s suffering workplace retaliation and reprisal. Justice would surely be served by settling her lawsuit and promoting her because of her great leadership qualities in standing against workplace wrong doing for the interest of public safety:

Ms. Lisa Marie Magin is another whistleblower and mother, who blew the whistle about how hospital workers did not always comply with VA sterilization standards for wearing protect equipment. Inspectors also found that worker occasionally failed to place indicator strips in surgical trays and mislabeled sterile instrument. Which put patients in danger. For all suffering of retaliation and reprisals against Ms. Magin, she should be promoted to the Chief of Sterile Processing Services at the Buffalo VA in place of Larry McCurdy who is presently in that position:

Mr. Oliver B. Mitchell lll, who is currently blacklisted and homeless due to his filing a whistleblower complaint back in 2009. Judicial Watch published a story about documents revealing a purging of Veterans MRI imaging orders on June 18, 2014, which read as in the second paragraph: “The documents obtained by Judicial Watch also detailed repeated efforts by VA whistleblower Oliver Mitchell, a Marine veteran and former patient services assistant, to persuade the OIG to fully investigate the mass destruction of veterans’ medical files and the cancellation of examination requests. The documents, dating back to 2009, reveal that OIG spent barely two months investigating the allegations before closing the case.”
The U.S. Office Of Special Counsel did even worst, even after Mr. Mitchell’s reporting to them in 2009. For the pain Mr. Mitchell has suffered, such as being retaliated against and removed from existence, he should be fully restored and given a settlement and a high level position within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs:

Mrs. Katherine Mitchell, another Veterans Affairs whistleblower that suffered retaliation and reprisals by persons/co-workers employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which can be read in a story published by the Washington Times on July 30, 2015. Which reads as in the first paragraph: “The doctor who blew the whistle on shamefully poor treatment of veterans at the Phoenix VA medical clinic said Thursday that she was is disappointed by the lack of progress in improving care and said she would tell new doctors not to sign up with the beleaguered agency.” I feel she be restored back to duty with a bonus and promotion to a top position in Veterans Healthcare Administration:

Mr. Scott Davis, Veterans Affairs whistleblower who wrote to President elect Donald J. Trump making some real good statements. But one request Mr. Davis did not make, I will make for him having spoken to this young man. Mr. Brandon Coleman, a former U.S. Marine and whistleblower that suffered retaliation and reprisals by co-workers and persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which can be read as follows in the third paragraph in a story published by the Free Beacon: “I think that the Phoenix VA is a cesspool,” Brandon told the Free Beacon in an October interview, “I think it is the worst example of VA health care in the United States as we know it. There are some other examples, but Phoenix is known as ground zero.” With the kind of assessment made by Mr. Coleman, Mr. Coleman should also be restored and given a bonus and promotion to top level position in Veterans Healthcare Administration:

Mr. Isaac Decatur and Mr. ralph Saunders both Veterans and whistleblowers that have suffered being removed from their employment and blacklisted by senior executives persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Decatur should be made whole as the Court order and given monies owed him and also restored with a promotion. Mr. Saunders legal should be paid by his employers and he should also be restored with a promotion:

A total of 83 years and Veterans are still being corruptly abused by its own government. President Donald J. Trump put an end to the Economy Act because it’s painfully hurting our nations PATRIOTS. You were completely right when you said the system of the United States Government is RIGGED. Appoint those courageous individuals the blew the whistle on criminal wrongdoings within this present rigged governmental system, does not need those of the present political establishment to be appointed as Secretary of Veterans Affairs or any other federal agency.
