You are well aware of 24 year old plight concerning injustice done to me by persons employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which is called “VA’s SYSTEMIC AND WILLFUL: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.”
After having served in the U.S. Military during the period of January 7, 1992 thru July 7, 1992, which I received an honorable discharge while being injured during active duty in March of 1992, and had surgery around April of 1992. Which the Doctor Susan Parks ordered a chest x-ray before the surgery in April of 1992 and the results showed my heart to be normal but after the operation on May 3, 1992, I went to the medical clinic (Troop Medical 4) because I was suffering chest pains and was given a blood pressure check that showed my blood pressure at crisis range. I was then sent to General Leonard Wood hospital for another chest x-ray that showed my heart was enlarged. During a period after my surgery I constantly experienced chest pains and received several blood pressure checks and, tylenol for the pains. I received a very hard time after my medical issues that caused my heart to be enlarged heart, I was called to the Executive Officer’s office, which I requested both a medical evaluation board and physical evaluation board. Which my request was denied and told I was going home just like I entered their U.S. Military and that was with nothing.
I asked for a hearing because my due process rights were being wrongfully denied, and he again said you’re going home just like I entered their U.S. Military and that was with nothing. A few days after I was on desk duty because of a medical restriction, when the first sergeant entered the barracks and ask me why was I still on the military base, after the first sergeant talked to my drill sergeant I was called into the office and they both instructed me to go to out processing because I was going home. At the out processing office was a young woman that reviewed my military file, she said to me you should be receiving a medical discharge. She then said I am tired of seeing this mess, she instructed that when I get home to New York State, I should immediately file a benefits claim with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I did just that, which afterwards I learned I could file an application for correction of military record:

It was after WRGB Channel Six News, Albany CBS News and reporter Randy Simons had investigated my case and aired it around April of 2009. And reporter Randy Simons received a telephone call from Vietnam Veteran, Edwin H. Crosby lll, which Mr. Crosby asked him about me and if he could get my contact information in order to talk to me about the U.S. Military falsely putting stigmatized and false codes into Veterans DD 214, military discharge papers. Mr. Crosby advised me to check the military separation SPN/SDN code in my DD 214, which I did as he instructed and discovered upon researching the specific code, it said I, Mr. Chauncey L. Robinson was PREGNANT.

This has got to be as good as it gets.
You mean to tell me that the Department of Defense, and the Army did not catch or want to change the code from:”PREGNANT” to not being a chance in “HELL” to “NOT BEING PREGNANT”.
Your case has got to go before CONGRESS in 2017. This is past ridiculous, but not let me speak to soon, the ALERTS that I have been getting is beyond this world for the chain of events happening in the Veterans Affairs Administration to what is happening in the Army on Fort Bragg, NC.
