It is ashamed that there is a federal court in the United States that does not comply with federal laws, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims only complies with federal statutes and code of federal regulations. Now remember there is the issue of the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB), which is a major part of the reason criminal misconduct and criminal activities are mounting at a alarming rate in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies. As long as the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB) are allowed to continue to operate administratively the way they are, there will always be a Stolen Cash Cow Of A Golden Calf.
There should of never have been such a statute as formerly 38 U.S.C. Section 211, now 38 U.S.C. Section 511 statute because it has given past and present Secretary’s of Veterans Affairs power to abuse our nations PATRIOTS. Which has run interference that caused the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to need be held accountable to federal laws:

The reasons why our nations PATRIOTS are suffering and being medically murdered due to secret waiting lists and falsifying of a federal database to erase medical appointments, and tampering with federal documents during request for compensation benefits claims. All federal crimes being committed by senior executives and low level managers working in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies. How in the world could Congress have created such a damning STATUTE, as formerly 38 U.S.C. Section 211, now 38 U.S.C. Section 511? Which deprives PATRIOTS of just and is the root cause of corruption with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. It is time to take a stand and hold these government false prophets accountable by putting (BOOTS ON THE GROUND) on the Hill in Washington D.C., in order to get formerly 38 U.S.C. Section 211, now 38 U.S.C. Section 511, ABOLISHED.
Strictly because it is up to US, as you can see things are going just the way some of our political leaders want them to go, the Stolen Cash Cow Of Golden Calf is set up with corrupt layers upon layers around the VA’s SYSTEMIC AND WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.” Which starts with the following three corrupt layers, such as the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB) and formerly 38 U.S.C. Section 211, now 38 U.S.C. Section 511 .
And then you have another layer of protection, such as a law depriving our nations PATRIOTS of our due process rights to attorney representation, which is ashamed our political leadership does not do the right thing and abolish that law. But they rather give murders, raptists and thieves due process rights to attorney representation. Can you see it, PATRIOTS cannot hire an attorney to represent and assist them in getting their Veterans Affairs compensation benefits. And the government put a system in place called the MERIT SYSTEM PROTECTION BOARD (MSPB) to protect the criminals that destroyed my original claim file, altered and concealed my medical records, falsified the Veterans Affairs database in order to deceive me of the status of my claim and appeal. Also deprived me of my due process rights to have attorney representation:
