The American people need to be aware of the “massive veterans affairs corruption, fraud and judicial misconduct,” which is plaguing our nations Veterans for decades. This plague consists of VA executives working within the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), purposely allowing or ordering employees under their leadership to commit criminal acts against our nations Veterans.
The plague of CRIMINAL ACTS, such as FRAUD, SPOLIATION ARE BEING COMMITTED by adjudicators and raters working within VA Regional Offices (VARO) with instructions from the above mentioned VA executives to commit these terrible criminal acts against our nations Veterans for the purposes of denying Veterans the Veterans Affairs compensation benefits they’re entitled to for serving their nation in battle. These are the one percent that have sacrificed their lives, limbs, good health and their families so the other ninety nine percent can enjoy their lives.
For example Veterans file VA compensation claims at the VA Regional Offices (VARO) around our nation, after being discharged from active duty. Many suffered from bad health that was initiated during active duty service but yet the U.S. Military wrongfully refused to give them a medical retirement. I
nstead they were just given a honorable discharge in order to get them out of the way. So Veterans come home and submit legitimate claims for VA compensation benefits at the VA Regional Office (VARO), where they reside. We, U.S. Veterans do what we’re suppose to do, and that is get medical evidence to support our claim for benefits from community hospitals and doctors. And submit the medical evidence to our VA Regional Offices (VARO), UNDER (TITLE 38), within the one year period.
Here is what takes place within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and it is called the administrative process of Veterans claims at the VA Regional Offices (VARO) and Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). The VA Regional Offices (VARO) are to adjudicate Veterans claims and finalize within (125) days, which if Veterans feel as though the decision on their claims is not favorable they can file an appeal at the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). Now what has been happening with this process, Veterans have submitted solid medical evidence to their (VARO), only to experience their claims being wrongfully denied. Then Veterans FILE an appeal at the (BVA), and the (BVA) reviews the Veterans claim and remands it back to the (VARO). Strictly because the (VARO) committed (ERRORS) and the remand order is issued, remanding the Veterans appeal back to the (VARO) with instructions/directives to get additional medical evidence and to afford the Veterans appeals expeditious treatment, UNDER 38 U.S.C. SECTION 5109B, 7112.
The Veterans get the additional medical evidence and submits it to the (VARO) and the (VARO) again wrongfully denies the Veterans claim. Now again the Veteran requests another appeal at the (BVA). The system is set up to fail Veterans because the claim is wrongfully denied and constantly appealed only to see the remand order scheme (FLEA FLICKER) be at its most effectiveness, delay, deny and cause Veterans to die. Veterans like myself and many others have experienced VA claim file folders disappear/destroyed and solid medical evidence disappear from their VA claim file folders. But yet both the (VARO) and (BVA), continuously become WILLFULLY IGNORANT to the lost/destruction of Veterans claim file folders or important medical evidence, which appears to be unimportant to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Strictly because it benefits the agency, U.S. Government.
Oh hold on to your hats and your skirts it isn’t windy. A Veteran that has experienced these things feels as though they would get justice from the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVA). But that is not the case because the (CAVA) court has continuously TURNED A BLIND EYE to many of our nations Veterans documented evidence of CRIMINAL ACTS and chose to become WILLFULLY IGNORANT TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS CRIMINAL WRONG DOING. Completely IGNORING documented evidence of CRIMINAL ACTS PERPETRATED UPON VETERANS, WHICH IS A FELONY CRIME, UNDER 18 U.S.C. SECTION 4: MISPRISION OF FELONY. The (CAVA) court will not enforce its own that they issue to the SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS AND HIS EMPLOYEES, which IGNORE the (CAVA) COURT REMAND ORDERS. Allowing the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and his employees to continuously commit CRIMINAL ACTS, especially OBSTRUCTION OF A COURT ORDER, UNDER 18 U.S.C. SECTION 1509. Which finds the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and his employees in “Contempt of Court Order.” Which is deprivation of ALL VETERANS DUE PROCESS RIGHTS, PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CIVIL RIGHTS.

The VA claims backlog is not present because of a lack of employees but rather due to “massive Veterans Affairs corruption, fraud and judicial misconduct.”
Which at the present time all VA employees, federal officials, federal courts have basically committed felony crimes that has caused many Veterans to die due to manipulation of their scheduled medical appointments and a high level of Veterans suicides due to long wait times on VA Benefits claims. There is a knowledge massive criminal acts being committed by Veterans Affairs employees aimed to coverup criminal activity, UNDER 18 U.S.C. SECTION 4: MISPRISION OF FELONY.

The VA has created an atmosphere where people give up and die then the VA destroys their death certificate and continues to pay themselves the Dead Veterans money. When the Surviving Spouses files for Survivors Benefits we are mailed Denial Letters. I have filed my first lawsuit against the United States Office of Personnel Management and will be filing my second lawsuit against the VA if my money does not post by June 1, 2016. I was contacted only after I filed the lawsuit: Hinson-Gribble v United States Office of Personnel Management, et al on February 11, 2016. The docket# 5:16-cv-00070: FL, filed in Raleigh, NC Federal Court which is the Eastern District Federal Courthouse. The folks that are Defendants listed on my lawsuit are also linked to the Panama Papers. With our stolen/turned in government issued ID cards they opened up accounts in our names listing themselves as our “Fiduciary” when in fact we don’t have a clue about this arrangement. I have been in contact with President Barack Obama, the FBI, the Government Accounting Office, so the release of the Panama Papers on Monday, May 9, 2016 should not have come to any surprise to them. Many people have already left the United States because they got the heads up months ago. For the less fortunate ones they will be left to face Federal Prison and probably commit suicide. I agree the process is hard. As a retired Chief Warrant Officer I have been treated like shit. My records are missing from 1999 to 2009. BVA is a mess in Indianapolis. I have been retired now for over 20 years. I have proved my case to the SSD and approved in October 2019. What hell I am going through. Now it is at the Judges Offices in Washington, DC. I do not they even look at documentation outside the VA by Civilian Doctors letters. I feel the VA’s BVA is corrupt still in 2019.
