I thank God for a friend He has put in my life because we agree that the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) is protecting federal criminals that are employed in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and every other federal agency. Now when I say protecting federal criminals, I mean federal employees that are committing such crimes as tampering with federal documents, federal databases in order to steal monies from Veterans and federal agencies:
This (MSPB) practice of affording corrupt federal employees their due process rights has created a culture within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies, which is allowing on going criminal misconduct and criminal activities. And more shameful is the behavior that federal employees believe they can do whatever they want, to whoever they want because they have the (MSPB) protecting their due process rights. While they deprive Veterans and whistleblowers of their due process rights.

On March 19, 2009, Mary Ellen McCarthy, Senate Committee Veterans Affairs investigator called Beth McKoy about my case and documented evidence of database tampering, which I submitted to the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs.
On February 1, 2016 Matthew Daly, Military Times wrote a story about the (MSPB) affording due process rights to Diana Rubens, Beth McCoy and Kimberly Graves. While these three senior executives have deprived Veterans of their due process rights, I know because I have suffered deprivation of my due process rights by both Diana Rubens and Beth McCoy. And also Linda Weiss, former Director of the Albany Sam Stratton VA Medical Center, where I receive medical treatment and my compensation and pension examination. Especially the FRAUDULENT June 12, 2012 and its ALTERED MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT dated June 18, 2012.

On October 10, 2014, Stars and Stripes wrote a story about Laurie H. Eskenazi, BVA Vice Chairman and her alleged corrupt work at the Board of Veterans Appeals, which included a bonus list. Which had the names of several senior executives that handled my appeal, Diana Rubens, Linda W. Weiss, Steven L. Keller, Laurie H. Eskenazi, Mary Ellen Piche, Bruce P. Gipe and Joseph Moreno:
On September 10, 2014 Mrs. Kelli Kordish, Senior Counsel Board of Veterans Appeals testified before the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, Subcommittee on Oversight & Investigations and two former BVA Chairman, Charles Cragin and Steven L. Keller, Laurie H. Eskenazi, BVA Executive In Charge or Vice Chairman Joaquin Aguayo-Pereles, BVA Deputy Vice Chairman.
The strange thing is that myself, Philip Cushman and Charles P. Mahoney have something in common, first is we’ve been in a domestic warfare for justice in VA claims for a total of 130 years. Which BVA senior executives former BVA Chairman Steven L. Keller worked on the appeal of both Chauncey L. Robinson and Charles P. Mahoney, Laurie H. Eskenazi, BVA Vice Chairman worked on the appeal of both Chauncey L. Robinson and Philip Cushman:

Having submitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims the testimony of Mrs. Kelli Kordich and documented evidence supporting the fact that those she mentioned in her testimony on September 10, 2014, before the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, Subcommittee on Oversight & Investigations were directly involved in the adjudication of my appeal. And yet the Court chose to return the documentation back to me, instead of sending it to the proper authorities for investigation:

It’s apparent that if our PATRIOTS are not afforded justice for their PATRIOTISM, we’re seeing the reason for (22) Veteran suicides a day and many medical deaths in our Veterans Affairs hospitals. VA’s SYSTEMIC AND WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE,” has caused many of the suicides by our nations PATRIOTS:

All of the above and then the two audio recordings below of criminal misconduct and criminal activities, and yet nothing has been done to protect my due process rights. Even though this court is an article one court, what they could have done in the name of justice was forward the case to a United States District Court due to the criminal behavior by employees working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. What is the purpose of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, When Court Rules triumph the RULE OF LAW, you have VA’s SYSTEMIC AND WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.”
Please carefully listen to the criminal misconduct and criminal activities that are being protected by the Merit System Protection Board. Strictly because it’s administrative process being used to protect the governments cash cow of stolen monies:
