VA’s SYSTEMIC & WILLFUL: “OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, Part 27

President Roosevelt’s enacting of the Economy Act on March 20, 1933, some 84 years ago, is causing Veterans to SUFFER CRIMINAL ABUSE this very day. Strictly because he has caused Veterans to be DEPRIVED OF THEIR EQUAL ACCESS TO THE U.S. DISTRICT COURTS. Therefore leaving ALL Veterans unprotected and DEPRIVED THEIR DUE PROCESS RIGHTS.

One of the government procedures in ALL level of the U.S. Federal Court systems, is if anyone commits a federal crime and the government has knowledge of the crime. Federal Law Enforcement would initiate a request for warrants to investigate individuals or agencies suspected of criminal element. Crimes against Veterans are excluded as you will see in some of the following newspaper articles. Due to the fact Veterans being deprived of “JUDICIAL REVIEW,” leaves the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs void of any federal prosecution for CRIMES THEY COMMIT AGAINST VETERANS.

I understand that Hillary Clinton committed a crime concerning her email server but Veterans are being medically murdered, robbed of compensation benefits, branded with secret code numbers and so on, yet we can’t even get our Veterans cases to be heard in U.S. District Courts or get a criminal investigation for crimes committed against US. I wonder WHY?

Until we see the restoration of “JUDICIAL REVIEW” at the U.S. District Courts and protections by federal law enforcement agencies against criminal misconduct and criminal activities by persons employed in the entire U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
