Congress returns to Washington on Tuesday, January 2, 2017. One of the first business items: voting on proposed rules for the session, including folding the House’s independent ethics office into a Republican-led committee. Ethics means, a standard of conduct and moral judgment and a system of morals of a particular person, religion, group, etc…..If we allow Congress to remove the independent ethics office, we’re allowing them to take us back to the days of Sodom:
